  This is worth a look in Farringdon- http://www.printworkskitchen.co.uk/ - do Vegan and Gluten Free! One of the managers used to run a vegan/gluten free cake company who won a couple of free from food awards a few years ago so she completely understands catering for Coeliacs!!
