Just a short road trip or flight, and you can enjoy this 1BR+, Ground Level, Beachfront condo in South Padre Island. Tropical Landscaping, 2 heated pools, wifi, and private beach access are just a few of the amazing amenities at this resort.

The newly renovated 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children comfortably. Featuring a king size bed with new luxury mattress in the bedroom and queen size sofa bed in family room. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, allows for easy food preparation during your stay. Dining room table seating for 4, plus 2 additional bar stool seating, makes dining inside comfortable. Flat screen TVs are provided in the family room and bedroom. Cultured marble is featured in the shower and vanity areas. Tile flooring throughout condo gives this condo a crisp but cozy feel. Enjoy direct ocean view and patio access from both family room and bedroom slider doors. This ground level unit is just steps to the sand!
Adjacent to the condo, sets Claytons Beach Bar, which provides great atmosphere and activities. Enjoy front row seating of the fireworks show put on every weekend night of the summer.
Easy walking distance, across the street bayside is the Sea Turtle Rescue Center. Enjoy an educational tour of the rescue turtles and all their research since its beginning 1977. Next to the turtles, you will find the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. Come bird watch many exotic birds that migrate thru SPI. Their expansive boardwalk provides many nature opportunities for all ages.
South Padre Island has a free island shuttle that can take you to any destination on this land and Port Isabelle. Numerous activities are available on SPI from a free movie on the lighthouse to wonderful fireworks shows on both Gulf and Bay sides.
