  We are needing someone(s) to do some rehab projects on our 100+ year old home. There is an addition that needs some exterior work to repair some water damage at the foundation; install some guttering (to prevent further damage there!) and a bathroom remodel (new shower and sink/vanity installed). Would obviously prefer to use local workers. Suggestions? Would not need both projects done by the same people, just need both done.
