  Local PO friends, can you recommend someone who can do sheetrock (tear out and replace/water from leaking roof has caused some mold) and/or bathroom tile/plumbing work? I would prefer it to be someone you or a friend has actually had experience with. PLEASE do not recommend a friend or family member that you know unless they have worked on your home.
