About us
Created in June 2009, our success has been through focusing on our watchwords of Flexibility, Response, Quality and Trust. At Brightway Cleaning we believe that it is our focus on these core aspects of the cleaning service that has given us the edge over our competitors as well as helping us to maintain and monitor the high standards we set for ourselves.
Part of the Home Help service, which again has evolved with the business as we cater to all our customers needs, involves working with Home Care services in the provision of general household assistance, dog walking, meal preparation, shopping etc.
Brightway Cleaning Services
Focusing our cleaning services throughout Bury, North Manchester and South Lancashire during the last year is how our Facilities Management service has evolved. It has grown from a simple desire to cater to any additional requirements asked of us whilst carrying out our primary role of cleaning. This has allowed our clients to budget and have a One Stop Shop approach to their general business and personal requirements. Our staff are CRB enhanced checked, insured and individually trained. Our service can be provided for anytime in a 24 hour period. Our current client base includes medical and dental centres, nurseries, offices and numerous private houses. Whatever your requirement or issue, you will always have direct access to the management/business owners. We are based in Bury, but our cleaning services cover Rochdale, Bolton, Rawtenstall, Haslingden, Edenfield, Bacup, Rossendale plus South lancashire and North Manchester generally.

SERVICES
At Brightway Cleaning our cleaning service can be either regular or one-off cleans and can be according to either a strict and formal Service Level Agreement or a loose and flexible verbal... show more arrangement. Accompanying the cleaning service we can provide all cleaning fluids, materials and machinery required to complete the task. Our Quality Control includes regular feedback meetings with clients to ensure we are achieving optimum working practices as well as meeting the customer’s exact requirements.
Apart from the core cleaning service, in the recent past, at customers’ request we have provided the following services:
General Home Help
Household assistance
Dog walking
Meal preparation
Shopping
Sourcing other local service providers such as plumbers, fencers etc.
Managing 3rd party service providers in what they are commissioned to provide
Wedding clean up and background general support work

It is the provision of the above services that has evolved into the facilities management service that now accompanies the core cleaning service.
PRICING
The basic rate for domestic work which includes the provision of all cleaning fluids, materials and equipment is £12 per hour. The minimum work time is 2 hrs.
Commercial
The basic rate for commercial work which includes the provision of all cleaning fluids, materials, equipment, bespoke Service Level Agreement and regular management meetings is £13 per hour. The minimum work time is 2 hours.
Deep cleaning
The basic rate for deep cleaning work which includes the provision of all cleaning fluids, materials and equipment is £13 per hour. The minimum work time is 4 hours.
Home care
All home care work, which can be interfaced with any other of our services is at a rate of £12 per hour.
Additional services
All the following services can also be provided at a rate of £12 per hour:

These are general rates and can be subject to negotiation depending on circumstances and the amount of work to be carried out. We will always strive to be as flexible as possible.
