  Patrick W. wrote: I had Joby do a major floor install. I spent more than $3,000 on labor alone as I purchased the flooring at Home Depot and he said he could do the install if I bought the materials. The floor is buckled in two areas (where he stopped to ensure the flooring would "match") as he worked around a kitchen island. He forgot to put nails in boards as he measured the other side thus the "floating floor" buckled at the spot where he did not put nail. The floor has a hump about 2 inches tall in two spots. I have called him no less than 9 times to rectify the problem but he does not return my calls. Would not recommend him as he apparently doesn't stand behind his work nor does he seem to care about customer satisfaction. I thought he was a good guy until I had problems.....he is not interested in resolving the issue and my only recourse is this posting. If anyone wants further information, feel free to call me on cell 624-49ten. Raleigh area code.
