  An acquaintance of mine is a suddenly-alone mother of 4 (6mos -11yrs) living in E Phx. She is un-employed, behind on power and water bills,and car payment. She inherited a small older home so they at least have a roof over their heads, but will soon be without utilities. Childcare is so costly and she has no idea how to pay for it so she can look for a job. She has no family and no church affiliation. Anybody know of agencies she can go to for assistance?
