  Sophie, in case you need another name, we used to own a Victorian traced house and had damp problems. Nick Williams was recommended to us. We used him on that and a subsequent property. He's reasonable and efficient and will give you straight answers without spending money you don't need to spend. 0117 953 5655. Good luck whoever you choose.
