  Debbie D. wrote: My yard was recently cleaned and they did a nice job, the problem was when they invoiced me for the work! Imagine a &500.00 bill for a spring clean up. I have a regular yard size. They charged me $130 per hour for a 4 man crew and charged me for 3 1/2 hours suggesting it would take 1 person 14 hours? I can do it in 3 hours by myself, second problem is they charged for 3 1/2 hours but were only here for 2 hours according to my ring doorbells and the neighbor. When I tried to get resolve on this issue I was treated rudely and insulted at every email , zero customer service from Gavin Ouellette! I will never use them again, I will offer a 2 hour plus gst to settle this once and for all. I would not recommend them unless they give you a firm quote first.
