  Most likely what Michael Norris suggested. You can also use a shop vac to such out any standing water and suck out the drain line as well (to make sure something isn't clogging it up). If not, give us a call 340-775-9222 (Atlanta Refrigeration). We can also provide quotes for new units as well (if that is what you meant by the guys getting back to you with a quote).
