I recently graduated for my upgrading and I got all the courses I need to get into either Heavy Duty Technician, automotive technician, welding or carpentry. I've always been an indecisive one and still Cnt figure out if I wna try either one but welding. So if there's anyone out there that knows journeymans for either trade that can help me out, that would be very much appreciated. TIA

  If you call Doug Thompson here at Hell 'N' Back Welding Ltd. , he can chat with you a bit about the trade, what it entails, and you can ask any questions you have. He's done that for a lot of other people wondering whether or not to go into the trade, and he also sits on the provincial apprenticeship committee and decides on what does into the Red Seal tests etc., so he's extremely knowledgeable.   Oh just saw this. Yes we did a Valentine's special, and actually it's a good time to order now because we are doing another batch for Christmas orders. Each rose is handmade by Bernie or Doug using blacksmithing techniques and the petals alone take an hour to form. You can get your rose made from steel, aluminum, or copper, with copper being the most expensive. You can also order a custom steel or copper banner with words of your choice for an extra $50, a small hanger, or even have your rose painted in realistic colours. And actually from Nov. 4 to 14 we will be giving 10% off for all online orders for our 10 th anniversary. You can definitely stop by our customer appreciation day at our shop south of Nampa on Saturday to see one and order in person and get some free cake and wings at the same time. We will also have some on hand at the upcoming artisans of the Peace handmade craft sale at Al Adair Nov. 7/8 and at the Grimshaw Christmas market on Nov. 15, which is a good place to either buy whatever we have on hand or to pick up a custom order you place in advance.
