  Hi all. I was thoroughly insulted by a highly rated company yesterday when I made it clear that I didn't want to drop 20-30 K on a basement bathroom. A bathroom. In the basement. I have space that is roughed in and if I find someone good then I would have them do additional work. ISO contractor that has a verified license, verified general liability insurance, and verified worker's comp. It's a bathroom. All suggestions welcome.
