I need help!!
I bought the RPAH elimination diet handbook probably a year ago or longer. i haven't started as I found it all too hard and scary. i have a 6yo who I am certain reacts to *something* who is also intolerant to dairy and possibly wheat and an 11yo with autism who won't eat a lot of different textures or things together like stir fries. I think I really need to do the challenge but don't know how or where to start. Last time I went to do it, I saw a dietitian who does failsafe who went through the kids food diaries and circled over half the foods and said they couldn't have them but didn't actually HELP me with any of it & I gave up. Please help me with where to start and what to do. And if you can recommend a great dietitian in Melbourne that would be awesome too. Thanks heaps :)
