  PLEASE HELP WE NEED A CAKE MADE My Best friend has been diagnosed with Motor neurone disease (MND) is a disease in which the nerve cells (neurones) controlling the muscles that enable us to move, speak, breathe and swallow undergo degeneration and die, this is a terminal disease and has no cure and she is currently the youngest person in Australia to be living with this awful disease. She is Turning 30 is a huge milestone for anyone but even more special for her so we wanted to throw her the best birthday bash we can. As money has become tighter than usual with prospective medical and care expenses. We are seeking contributions from local businesses to help us give our beautiful friend the best 30th birthday ever, Everyone has been so helpful and we just need one more thing A BARBIE DOLL CAKE like in the picture she has had one every year since she was a kid but her mum is unable to make one this year due to the stressful situation at hand We are extremely thankful for Anyone who can help in any way Her birthday is at ONE UP BAR SATURDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER
