My name is Zsolt Dallos, owner and trainer of FitHabit - Fitness Solutions. I'm a fully insured, Fitness Australia registered exercise professional, Level 1 and Advance THUMP Boxing Instructor, Level 1 Strength and conditioning coach. My aim is to provide personalised solutions to achieve and maintain your individual health and fitness goals by developing a HABIT of healthy lifestyle through finding the most suitable and enjoyable training path, weather it be boxing or boot camp style training, one on one personal training, strength and conditioning, group training or sport specific development.
The sessions are hard and challenging but having fun whilst getting closer to the desired goals makes it a lot easier! If you don't like training where people can see you, happy to go to your home and turn your backyard into a gym!
I have participated different sports since I was 3 years old, started with ice skating then swimming, athletics, judo, basketball and at last, but not least kayaking at national level in Hungary since 1992, later representing Australia as member of the Emerging Team in 2010. Have retired in 2013 and started training for triathlons in 2014. I have had great coaches and mentors over the years, learnt a lot from them and decided to put all that knowledge in good use, so I have joined the team at Jetts Caloundra mid July 2015 and started guiding my clients to individual success and ultimately make their happy and healthy lifestyle a HABIT!
