This program is a combination of strength/resistance training, high intensity intervals, and good healthy eating. The 8 weeks has been designed for you to participate in boot-camp style training with the group, which will be both fun and challenging. There may be exercises that you love, there will be some that you hate but we guarantee you will have fun every session! Guidelines for activities outside of training which will help you achieve your goals and suggestions to improve your food choices. For the 8 weeks, attendance at least one training session per week is mandatory, but attendance at all three is highly recommended. Training is always outdoors, which means we train even in the rain! Obviously if there is a storm that involves lightening a make-up session will be organised. The 8 week Body Boost is designed to kick-start a healthy lifestyle. It is not a quick weight loss fad. It will take effort and a healthy approach, there are no shortcuts. We are focused on improving fitness, reaching weight and body shape goals and creating healthy habits, which can be maintained long term.
Hi guys. I'm looking for a Personal Trainer preferably in the Caloundra area, though don't mind traveling a little bit. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great.
