Q&A about my business:
I get asked a lot of questions so I thought I would provide some answers here to some of the most common ones.
1) Do you have a store?
No, I do not have a physical store. I am a work from home mum. I am based on the Sunshine Coast, Qld, Australia.
2) Do you have a website?
No, I do not currently have a website. I am considering making one in the future but for now I only sell on facebook.
3) Do you post overseas?
Yes, I can post overseas to most countries but as I am unfamiliar with the postage costs please message me with the items you are interested in purchasing so that I can organise a shipping quote for you.
4) How do I pay?
Please comment sold on an item to purchase it or message me directly through my facebook page to make an enquiry. You can pay by either bank deposit or pay pal. I prefer bank deposit (particularly for small orders) as the pay pal fees can really add up but I understand that people like the security of pay pal when purchasing online so it is at the buyers discretion which payment method they want to use. Once you have indicated that you would like to purchase an item I will message you with my payment details.

5) How much does postage cost? Do you offer combined post?
Postage starts from just $2.50 standard post for small flat items up to 20mm thickness - though I strongly advise upgrading to registered post which is $6.
for thicker items I use the Australia Post Satchels as they include parcel tracking. I charge $8.50 P&H for up to 500g or $14 for up to 3kg (regular post). For express post I charge $11 P&H for up to 500g or $15 for up to 3kg. I am happy to combine postage for multiple purchases so you only pay once for the satchel and anything else which fits in under the weight limit is no extra cost. By combining purchases this makes the satchels quite an affordable option.
For larger items I need to calculate the postage... show more based on weight and dimensions. I use standard sized mailing boxes.
I personally lodge all mail items over the counter at an Australia Post office. I do not just throw them in the nearest street box and cross my fingers. Lodging them in person means I must drive every day to the post office but it ensures that your parcels recieve their first scans immediately so that you can track them and trace them. This and the ever rising cost of packaging materials is why I add approx. 50 cents as a handling fee to my postage costs which offsets just a fraction of the actual cost to me.
6) Can I do layby?
If you would like to place a large order and you need to pay it off please message me to discuss your options and make a payment plan. I have now done this successfully for a couple of customers. Please note I will require a deposit of at least 20% and your payments will need to be regular and paid up within 2 months. As soon as the balance is paid and recieved I will post the items straight out to you.
7) I love that ring but it is not in my size, and I am after something unusual can you source it and place a special order for me?
YES! I have lots of great gemstone and jewellery contacts and I can get just about any unusual item you are looking for so if there is something you want please just ask and I will do my best to source it for you! Orders will require a 20% deposit to secure the item and please note that it can take a few weeks to get it here for you but that gives you plenty of time to pay it off. While most of the rings I have are unique and one off I can generally have one made the same or similar for you in the correct size.
8) Can you make a custom piece of jewellery for me?
YES! I have so many beautiful crystal and gemstone beads and I am happy to create a custom design for you with your favourite stones. Anything I do not have in stock I can order in for you. I generally only charge for material cost plus a small fee for my time. Please message me for a quote!
9) Do you hold items?
NO. As I am a small work from home mum business I rely on continual turnover to keep operating. Unfortunately I cannot hold any items without a deposit to secure them. Commenting sold on my page is a commitment to buy and pay straight away unless otherwise negotiated with me. If you do not intend to make immediate payment please do not comment sold as it may result in me losing other potential sales on those items. I understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise so if for any reason you cannot pay please advise me straight away so that I can relist the item. Thank you for understanding.
