Couple of years ago, the same thing happened to me two days before Christmas and the original installers ignored my emergency calls. I went onto Angie's List and called this company (high ratings) and the owner, Frank, was here within the hour. I have since used them again for another repair. www.elitegaragedoor.com

  Yes. Alicia Strilka, Elite Garage Door Service --- three years ago, two days before Christmas, one of the tension springs on garage door broke -- on a Sunday to boot. Overhead, the original installers, did not respond to my urgent calls (whoever was on emergency call) ... I then went to Angie's List in desperation, and as luck would have it, found this company ... they came in LESS than an hour. Needless to say, I have used them since to install new ;weather stripping" around the door couple of years ago, and would call them again if need be.
