  Hello, Im looking for someone who does "Blow in Insulation" on the peninsula. I have put a few calls in to no avail. I am needing to know if it can be accomplished on an already finished 8x16 structure without having to remove interior sheet rock or exterior siding. Thank you for any leads or advice.

  It may work for cellulose but doesn't work well with fiberglass. Either the siding or the drywall will have to come off. Otherwise there will be voids all over the place and that will cause more problems. I wouldn't even really attempt with cellulose either because you just don't know without visually being able to inspect it as well as "feel" the thickness.
