  Rock Hill Bible Fellowship Dental Clinic. Last I was told they did dental on 1 st and 3 rd Friday of the month, but may have changed. I would call them first, not sure if they need income info etc. 803-3661908 . You may have to ride by there. I could never get an answer on the phone. I know it's behind the old Hardee's on Cherry Rd. They operate on donations, and you don't have to pay anything if you don't want too.
