  You can't get a mortgage loan with bad credit. With a 580 you can possibly get someone to work with you if you have a lot to put down. But a realtor doesn't approve your loan to begin with....you need to speak to a lender or mortgage broker. Your best bet is to work on repairing your credit and get it up to a 640. Most lenders have credit repair programs that can advise you on how to do that as quickly as possible if you are willing to work with them and follow their instructions. www.dougcanipe.com
