  Corey and I have had our house on the market for ten months. We have lowered the price $10,000 in that time period. We have had NO OFFERS in those ten months. We are thinking it may be time for a new realtor. Although our current realtor is beyond kind, we may just need a new set of eyes to help us sell this home.
