About us
In 1988, my dad started cleaning residential carpets under the name Empire Carpet Cleaning. We provided service to the entire Cass County area and the surrounding neighborhoods. I started working with dad when i was 14, and very soon thereafter, we started doing a lot of commercial carpets, and now, ten years later, we've decided to reopen the residential side of the business and reach out to the community, as well as our beloved existing customers, with a series of exciting new deals and promotions.
In a time when steam cleaning was starting to gain momentum in the carpet cleaning market, he was able to make modifications to the existing method of rotary bonnet cleaning, eventually coming up with an ultra low moisture, dry foam cleaning system, leaving his customers with carpets that were not only dry within about 2-3 hours, but also shone like they did the day they were installed in the home. The rotary brush not only suspends dirt and oils on the surface of the carpet for complete stain removal, it helps the carpet fibers stand back up and prevents them from becoming saturated, which can promote unraveling. Another thing to love about the our method is that you can walk on the carpets if necessary immediately after cleaning, and they'll be completely dry within 2 hours or so!
