I am open to some downsizing since i'll be in closer orbit of makerspace/techshop. I'm not sure what the right strategy is. It doesn't seem like online listings are timely or accurate. As for driving neighborhoods, I'm only going to have daylight on weekends to scout myself. Has anyone had luck w/ locating service? Are they too busy selling houses to deal with rentals?
