About us
Bob’s Rooter and Plumbing started in 1969. We started our family drain cleaning business in 1969. Our father Bob, gained his knowledge of the drain cleaning business by working for Roto Rooter in Los Angeles in 1965. In 1969 Bob decided to open up his own drain cleaning division. At that time all we did was drain cleaning and sewer cleaning. Being a small business and very few drain cleaning businesses around, we were quite busy rooting out drains and sewers in Los Angeles.
In 1983, we added service and repair plumbing to our family business when Bob’s son Bob finished his education schooling and became a licensed plumbing contractor. With Bob’s education we were able to service our clients on a broader spectrum by being able to provide drain repairs, copper repipe repairs, toilet repairs, sewer repairs, water heater repairs and so on. Our newly added division allowed us to expand to where we are today and most recently as the family tradition goes down the line, Shane, Bobs son finished his education a few years ago expanding our plumbing service and enabling us to repair and replace lower sewer laterals that are broken in the street and connect to main city sewer systems in Los Angeles, Burbank, Los Feliz, Silverlake and surrounding cities.
As we continue to grow, we continue to strive on providing our clients with the best customer service by maintaining healthy plumbing systems in their homes and businesses. We thrive on keeping our clients happy as you are a big part of our growth and we appreciate our clients’ loyalty throughout the years.
