Hello all, I have struggles with compulsive skin picking for more years than I like to admit, but finally sought help. The OCD Center of LA has therapists that understand how to help. I unfortunately had to stop therapy due to financial reasons, but gained a lot from the months that I was going. Their website is http://ocdla.com/ . Honestly, I felt like I was going out of my mind before, but now understand my condition more and it helps in my day to day life as I struggle with picking along with the anxiety and depression that comes along with it. All my best.
