  http://www.modernhomesrealty.com/eichler-plans.html That's the only place I know that has original Eichler house plans designed for current code requirements (at least in California). Not sure if any of them will be what you want exactly but it could be a start. You could always buy the one you like and find an architect who can make sure it meets your local building codes.
