  Ofallon---corner of main st & Tom Ginnever 2 bed 1.5 bath 2 story townhomes with a full unfinished basement with w/d hookups. Some have all hard wood, some all carpet and others half and half. $675/mth. $25/mth pet rent. Water added to rent each month (about $25/mth). Trash is through Waste Management and you're billed every 3 mths for $45. All electric with Ameren. Very quiet neighborhood too. I've been here almost a year and never had any problems with noise, drugs, cops patrolling, etc. Owned through Togadere Properties Property manager is Joe Held Sr 314-739-5999
