  Sarah F. wrote: First trip to fix the A/C was fine. Except we spoke to a friend who also does HVAC and it was made very clear what we paid exceeded what we should have (we would have gone through this friend but he was booked and we were in a hurried situation). Then the heat isn't working. After quite some time he couldn't figure it out and mentioned it might be the circuit board and would get pricing. Never contacted us again. Never responded to a phone call or text. Our friend came out to find that all of the wires were reconnected incorrectly after he tried to trip it, which caused a blown fuse and a broken circuit board. No wonder he never responded. Extremely unprofessional and cost us more money than it should have. Would NOT recommend.
