I checked with the admins and they said this is okay to post, so here goes: I'm seeking recommendations on a good *seller's* real estate agent (or, if you wish to warn me off any bad ones, feel free to send a private message). I had been hoping to sell to friends who love our home, but they are either unable or unwilling to proceed, so now I'm in the market for someone to sell for me. Been 30 years since we bought our house, and while our agent was awesome, he'd be in his mid-80's by now if he's even still alive. Thanks in advance! P.S. Would love to know specifically why you recommend someone (or not).
