We have used the services of Crossroads Car Care since they opened their doors and will never go anywhere else again. We have found Kerry and Robin to be honest, dependable Christian people who really do care about their customers. It is hard to find an auto mechanic that can be trusted completely and we are very fortunate to have found Kerry. He thoroughly explains all proposed work before he proceeds with anything, and there have never been any extra, unexpected charges for anything. We will continue to use Crossroads for all our car service needs and highly recommend Kerry and Robin to anyone looking for good honest people!

Kerry Moore at Crossroads Car Care is by far the most honest and conscientious auto mechanic that I've ever had the privilege of doing business with. His Christian ethical standards are above reproach. I have used him many times for all of my family's vehicles. He always does outstanding work and the prices he charges often make me feel guilty. He has even sent me to his competition if he thinks they can do the work cheaper. He has also convinced me to forego repairs that he did not think needed to be done. Now THAT is honesty! If someone claims to have had a bad experience, I would like to know the details, because frankly I don't believe it.

I moved to Texas in 2013 and was looking for a reliable and honest mechanic. Besides finding a doctor and dentist, this was the next biggest service we were worried about as we depend on our cars and truck. in the past I did a lot of repairs myself and have tackled big jobs such as clutch replacement, brakes, alternators and starters, so I am very familiar with the workings of automobiles. I no longer do those things as I just don't have the time and newer cars are difficult to work on.
Mr Moore has worked on all 3 of our vehicle even though none of them are European, 2 Japanese and a Chevy Truck, he also repaired a broken clutch handle on my Japanese motorcycle.
I have had the following work done:
Oil changes
Transmission Fluid/filter Changed
AC unit replaced and AC system recharged
Power Steering fluid lines replaced
Radiator hose replaced
Two separate times Mr Moore has warned me that a service would be needed in the future, but that it wasn't necessary at this time. The first was brakes for our 2007 Honda Civic. He said they would need to be taken care of in 6-12 months. I said why don't we do them now, he said, they didn't really need to be done just yet and that we could get more life out of the current setup.
The other was when I was having the high pressure Power Steering line replaced on my 88 Silverado 1500, I asked if it would be prudent to change out that pump since we already have one line off, he said, "No, those old pumps are better than the new ones and he wouldn't replace it unless it failed".
Mr. Moore is trustworthy, genuine and knowledgable, I will take my cars there whenever I need something done.
I don't know the other reviewer, but with such little detail in a review it doesn't seem genuine.

I can provide at least a dozen other customers who would be willing to say the same.

Just had a mechanic bring my car back today because he told us it wasn't worth fixing. Unlike the Goodyear in Weatherford that replaced my belts knowing that wasn't the problem. Never the less...His name is Kerry Moore 8176299000 at crossroads car care. over on hwy 180 behind New Holland tractors, next to the Blind Horse Saloon. Seems to be very honest....we will be using him if we have anymore problems with our cars in the future.
