  I need some help in regards to where to buy art supplies in Sarnia- I haven't lived "in Sarnia" for almost 9 years. My favourite spot to shop was Bear Creek Studio which no longer exists- and I can't remember the name of it, but it was in Northgate Plaza. I have been to Michaels and they don't have what I am looking for. I am looking for somewhere that sells drawing pencils individually, not as a set. Specifically I am looking for Derwent Onyx pencils, and pencil erasers (looks like a pencil but instead of holding graphite it is an eraser, for fine detail erasing). Currys.com does not carry these brands, DeSerres does not (shopping online), there is a store (online) called Studio Six out of Toronto, but wants to charge $15 to ship a $1.39 pencil. Blick Art Supplies does not offer Canadian shipping rates until a few days after your order has processed and shipping is calculated- and yes I could ship to the states but paying $5 to pick up a $1.39 package seems silly. Hobby Lobby doesn't carry what I am looking for either. I just want to buy some pencils, eraser pencils, and possibly some more blending stumps- and not entire sets of things I don't need (as I have excess of). Are there any hidden gems out there I'm unaware of? Google is bringing up places that no longer exist, and then Sarnia Craft Supply (which I believe is predominantly yarn/needlework?) and Michaels, which has a limited drawing section and mainly sets.   Have you tried Bijan's in London? They are downtown on Richmond St. www..bijansartstudio.com They sell Derwent.
