  could be conjunctivitis, dermatitis, grass seed may be lodged in it that may be causing an abscess under the lid, could be anything. Have had a horse get an abscess under the third eyelid had to use 3 different drops 2-3 times a day and keep a mask on him during the day as the drops dilated the pupil. Scenic rim vets 07 5541 0219
