My Philosophy;
My aim is to empower you to take control of your health and fitness. You are the expert on your body; I am the helper. Everyone can train feel good and be happy whatever happens in life.

I strongly believe through the use of motivation, dedication, a healthy diet and an exercise routine that suits your body, every individual has the ability to achieve all of their health and fitness goals. And by doing this you automatically live a more happy, healthy and active life.

All my sessions are fun, interesting and personalized to suit all of my clients needs, whether you want to loose that excess weight or you want to gain strength and muscle I can also help you with that. The programs are designed to ensure that clients do not loose motivation or focus. I would be thrilled to be a part of your journey to change your life for the good!

Personal;
I train 1-2 times a day, everyday. I prefer short bursts of cardio using HIIT (high intensity interval training) and my personal training program is a lot more strength based. Working on building and toning those muscles of my body. When it comes to dieting I watch what I eat although I am a big believer of everything in moderations, and cheat meals as long as you are keeping it small.

I believe that if you can hang in there until you see results without loosing motivation, it will become a part of your everyday life and you will never stop. Working out will become something that you love and can't get enough of, trust me.
