About us

Lexolution’s principal business is the placement of contract, or temporary, attorneys and legal assistants in law firms and corporate law departments. Our clients range in size from solo practitioners to the very largest and most well-known firms and companies in the United States. Founded in 2001, Lexolution currently employs over several hundred contract attorneys in and around New York, Washington, D.C., Richmond, VA, and Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA. These contractors are working on assignments that vary in length (from one day to more than a year), size (from one contractor to teams of 50 or more) and complexity (from basic document review to complex compliance work and other sophisticated assignments).

We operate state of the art dedicated project review facilities in New York and DC and provide leased review facilities in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Richmond, VA. Want to run the project in your offices but need computers? We arrange for those, too.
