  Wiggle is good but make sure you know the size and model. Many trail shoes are actually too hard and stiff. I often wear road running shoes when the trails are dry.

  I went to see Pawel (he goes to Bikram too)at Bivouac he runs and knows his stuff. Will be able to buy on Wiggle my next pair. Am really happy with my shoes as I was wearing my road shoes and even compared to asic off roaders my new ones are awesome!
