So I called my sister to pick my niece up . Neish would not curl my hair UNTIL MY NIECE WAS GONE. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I felt that Neish could have charged me a penalty fee and told me to never do it again since a drove a hour and was kind of a new customer.
Oh and I forgot to mention she was 20 mins late for my 9 am appointment. Neish is not a nice person and her customer service skills are lacking .
