  John Does Hair! East Arlington Lake Street (across the street from Capitol Creamery) by the Capital Theater. He owns his own shop. It's not overly salon-ish. He owns the shop. Will tell you what looks good and what doesn't - I've seen him do fantastic men's cuts and when I tell him to just do what he thinks is best for my hair he always does outstanding cuts and colors!
