  I got Medicaid in February. I tried to find a dr accepting new patients for months. Eventually I had to get a primary care dr at Moss Memorial. You might want to call the appointment desk there at 337-480-8066. Ashley Thibodeaux Crochet they accidentally assigned me a pediatrician lol..I was probably on the phone with them an hour before they figured out Moss was the only place accepting new Medicaid patients.
