Second, how do you decide who you choose to get pre-qualified? I have a ton of other question but it looks as if this is my starting point. I'm really looking for guidance from the professionals.   Good Afternoon, Everyone! I trust you had a great day. Happy MONDAY! LOL Once again, I lean on y'all for help. As most of you know, we are moving to Tennessee, and still looking for a house to rent. Which, leads me to my question. Because of the economy, we don't have the best credit. Are there some agents out there that work with people in our situation better than some other agencies? If so, which ones? Please keep in mind that we are looking to rent, not buy.
