  Good morning, I have a newborn chihuahua puppy that was born last night. He was doing fantastic last night but, I woke up this morning and something is wrong. He is yelping constantly and I can not get him to eat or even suckle. I'm sorry if this is not where I'm supposed to post this. I'm just trying to find a vet that is not extremely expensive in grants pass area. My normal vet is in eagle point at all creatures. Thanks in advance.
