  No those look like Wasps.... Honeybees are fuzzy and do not build that type of nest as mentioned by Marc. Spraying with insecticide normally gets rid of the nest :) Sorry Tim but its true they can be relentless... http://www.desertroots.biz/stinging-insects.html
