Looking for a home that is fully wired, plumbing put in etc etc to be moved out to a family farm 45min from the city. Home to be under 1000sqft, 1 bed 1 bath kinda deal.   I think you maybe able to. RTM homes arn't that much cheaper usually then site built, but do carry some benefits, like less site disruption and faster move ins... beyond that they are almost identical to site built. If you went a small home on screw piles you could possible find something. I think http://www.mountainviewrtm.com/ might do log cabin ones. Also http://www.knottypinecabins.ca/ not quite log cabins, but rustic/cabin ish.
