  ISO of someone who knows how to put flooring down. It is a small room and had particle board as the top floor. (Apparently when the house was built they took the cheapest way on everything... ridiculous). Anyway after years of rain and moisture under the house the floors have buckled many times. I have removed all particle board down to the plywood beneath. Will buy the plywood to replace it and do the top (tile) myself. Just need an estimate on placing the plywood and done correctly.. inside closet etc. Also to put the baseboards back on. It is a small job just want it done right.
