  Austin Sports Medicine (www.austinsportsmed.com). I saw Dr. Breazeale for my knees but I'm sure they would do a great job with your shoulder/arm.

  Dr Douglas Elenze or Dr Nathan Breazeale 512-450-1300. Austin Sports Med.They are both great and work on many of the pro football/baseball and cyclist from around the country with great results.
