  Not a food truck, but we had an amazing caterer (Brooke Lampert of Divine Plate in Reno) do an INCREDIBLE taco spread for our Tahoe beach wedding (where there was no power available). Not 100% authentic, a bit more on the gourmand side but you wouldn't of know it from her pricing! Honestly... our guests still haven't stopped talking about how great the food was - and it was 3 years ago. All I'm saying is: pom seeds in the guac. http://www.divineplate.com/index.html
