  Tina T. wrote: I agree that Fresh Color Design does a good job of painting. As a customer you must always check behind any constractor. FCD made good on anything I pointed out. The problem I have is lack of customer service AFTER the fact. They offered an annual "check up" for $350 a year to lightly pressure wash, re caulk and touch up paint as needed. The first 2 years they did come out after I made multiple contacts. This year...nothing. No return call, text or email even after my sister (to whom I referred them) told them I was still looking for a callback. They admitted knowing I was trying to reach them, but never responded. I have since gone with CertaPro to do the job. It doesn't take but a minute to return a call. That lack of customer service has cost them my future business and referrals.
