  My wife and I hired a contractor to build a screened in porch onto our house. He got about half way and then vanished. I need a licensed contractor to come and give us an estimate of how much it will cost to finish the project. We have had three contractors over here who walked around writing down numbers and then they never gave us the estimate? Anybody? Must be licensed. Any help much appreciated.
