  Help! We just moved in 3 months ago and today we noticed our water heater has been leaking. There is no pan underneath it and for some reason I thought this was code. Has anyone else experienced this? We live on Ferrari and our model was built in 2005. Anyone have recommendations for someone who can come out and fix the water damaged sheet rock on the wall next to it and the box that it's on? We have a new water heater coming, but the home warranty service won't fix the moisture problem. I'm concerned about mold growing in the wall.
