  The last time I was in there, the The Thrift Shop in Lincolnton ( https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Thrift-Shop/349087445111871 ), which supports Humane Society Programs, had quite a lot of fabric and was quite cheap. Plus all proceeds go to a good cause!
